Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

 Yummy Italian crusted goodness.


Here's What You'll Need:
4-6 pork chops (Bone-in or out)
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
1Tbsp dried parsley
1Tbsp garlic powder
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3Tbsp milk
3-4 Tbsp olive oil

Here's What You Do:
1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. Rinse meat and pat dry with paper towel.
3. In a small bowl combine all dry ingredients (Bread crumbs, Parm, parsely and garlic powder).
4. In a separate small bowl combine eggs and milk.
5. Dip chops in egg mixture and then the crumb mixture (being sure to coat both sides).
6. For extra crumbs you can dip and cover twice.
7. In a skillet over medium heat warm oil.
8. Cook chops for about 5 min on each side.
9. Transfer chops to an oven safe dish and bake for 25-30 mins.
